Cancellation Policy

Note:

You must return in the original packaging with company seal, for refund.

We do not accept any type of damaged, defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.

Please record an unboxing video (full 360 angles) when you’ve received a package from us. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, so please record it in clear lighting.
